The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality charges Landfills, Incinerators, Compost Facilities, and Roofing Material Recycling Facilities a fee per ton of waste disposed of at their sites. This fee applies to disposal of all waste in the state of Oklahoma.
We offer multiple types of services, and this fee will be reflected on your invoice accordingly. Service types priced by VOLUME will have the environmental fee included in a flat rate price so it will not be a separate line item on your invoice. Service types priced by WEIGHT will have the environmental fee included as a separate line on your invoice. All of this information will be discussed at the point of sale, as well as included in your service agreement.
